Impulse Salon Policies

Rescheduling/Cancellations

  ~As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled time. If running more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule appointment. We also recommend that you rebook your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so we can accommodate your schedule.

  ~Extensive salon services may require a major credit card for deposit. Please give a 24 hr. notice of any cancelations or change to appointments. 

Forms Of Payment

   ~Impulse Salon reserves the right to change the prices and services at any time without notification. We accept credit cards, cash and checks with proper id. 

3 Day Policy

   ~Impulse Salon wants our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If ever you are dissatisfied with any service, we will gladly make the corrections necessary within 3 days of the original service, in order for us to guarantee our work.

   ~We do not use or encourage clients to bring their own products for services. We use only professional products. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right. Our main goal is to ensure that each service meets your satisfaction.

Gift Certificates

   ~Give the gift of beauty with an Impulse SalonGift Certificate. All Gift Certificates are non refundable and may be redeemed for products and services only. Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
